I know we have aimed at designing for an 800×600 browser previously. For the midterm though, I was hoping designing for a 1024×768 browser–since that’s what I’ve done. :) I wanted my “talk bubbles” be big and bold, and trying to get them fit the 800×600 made them too sleek looking… Hope that’s ok?!
